On 24th March 2010, we are make a last trial for our product, but for this time we didn't change our ingredients,

250gm Cassava
2nos red chili
2nos green chili
1nos celery leaf
2nos egg
10gm turmeric powder
10gm Anchovies
1nos ginger
10gm aniseed
10gm cumin
10gm chicken stock
10gm salt
1pack cooking oil

The thing that we have to do didn't change, firstly grated the cassava and then squeeze cassava using the muslin cloth, then put cassava water in a bowl to get the sago After that blend a salted shrimped, anchovies and an egg, after that put the onion, red chilli,celery leaf in a cassava
lastly shape the wadeh, and fry in hot pan, serve hot
