On 10th March 2010, we are make it a same thing which is Cassava Wadeh, First of all we didn't make much changer in our recipe,

250gm Cassava
2nos Onion
2nos red chilli
1nos celery leaf
2nos egg
10gm Turmeric powder
10gm Anchovies
10gm Salted shrimped
10gm salt
cooking oil

Firstly we have to grated the cassava, and then squeeze cassava using the muslin cloth, then put cassava water in a bowl to get the sago

After that blend a salted shrimped, anchovies and an egg, after that put the onion, red chilli,celery leaf in a cassava

end of that shape a cassava in a shape, and fry in hot pan

*this week the cassava taste better
