Fruit Leather "10 February 2010"

On 10th February 2010, we are assigned by our chef to make a Fruit Leather. The only ingredient that we are using is :

2 1/2 c Banana
25g Sugar

we have 2 task to be done :

a. control- prepare the basic formula, note the time required
b. honey, dehydrator- prepare as in 5c, but place in a dehydrator at 140'F (60')
note the time required

First step that we are going to do is, the banana and sugar and also banana and honey have to be blend in food processor (separately)

After blend, the thing that we are doing is spread the mixing on baking parchment paper, separate the mixing in 2 paper, one for banana and sugar, another one for banana and honey

Last step, bake in oven for about 4hours, the fruit leather is ready to serve.
