This week, we are assigned to make a basic formula of bread. Our task is to make a bread with a too little flour.
The ingredients that we are using is :-

7g Yeast,dry
118ml Water at 35'c
4g Shortening
6g Sugar
3g Salt
200g All Purpose Flour (change to 160g)

to make an experiment of bread with "too little flour" we are going to use 16og flour only.

1st step to make a bread, we need to melt the shortening in a pan. Place sugar, salt and water in mixing bowl and add the shortening and then the yeast-water mixture. stir to blend.
To make a dough, we have to kneading with hand, we are not using electric mixer.

To make a soft dough, Rotating the dough 90' and process until 100 kneading stroke. Place the dough in water bath maintained at 32'c and covered the dough with aluminum foil. Wait until 30minutes.

After 30 minutes, Punch dough down. Shape it and return to water bath.

Lastly Bake the dough for about 15 minutes in the heat oven 220'c.

Bread is ready to serve.
